4 Stars Keeps lipstick and lipliner in place
I got this on recommendation from the lady at Sephora. It does keep my lipstick, and even lipgloss, in place longer. I use a lot of the Urban Decay lipgloss and it does stay put longer when I put the lipliner on first. I’m not keen on using the pencil on my eyes and lips. If it goes on my mouth, I’m not going to put it in my eye, so I think the recommendation to use it on both is not really safe. I wont be trying it on my eyes, so no clue if it works as an eye brightner. Maybe at some point they can make the pencil dual-ended for this purpose.
5 Stars Really great
I just ordered two, I love it. This works to enhance (or replicate) the cupid’s bow on your upper lip. Also, I have small eyes that I want to appear bigger so I use it as a eyeliner on my lower lid and it really makes my eyes appear larger!
