I decided to try this product after I saw a TV commercial about it. The selling point for me was that a young man on there said that it did not dry out his skin or make his skin red or irritated. I have tried several different products for my mild acne but almost all of them dried out my already dry skin. This product comes with great lotion that makes my skin feel great. I am 26 and still experience at least 3 pimples on my face at a time. I have tried proactive in the past but besides the fact that I could not stand the smell of proactive, it also dried out my skin. After the first week or so of using this product I still had some visible acne, but I have been using it for about 3-4 weeks now and my skin looks the best it has in a couple of years. I would highly recommend it.

There are disagreements in these Acne Products, if they work or not. And the results are always two : it works for some, it doesn’t for others.
For me, the results I waited, didn’t happen.
But it did clean the black holes.
Another important point is the food you are eating. For example me, all the food with fat I eat, goes to my face. That’s why you MUST have an Acne Diet and, of course, go to your dermatologist.
So, repeating what I said, it’s a matter of luck, if it is specifically for you or not.
Whether you want to take a risk, may the fate decide.

I’m 25 years old and i’ve had acne since I was about 13 or 14. Once I turned 18 and graduated high school my outbreaks calmed down quite a bit. Now here in my mid 20’s I will get 1 to 2 larger zits a week. It wasn’t a huge deal but seeing how all my friends my own age don’t deal with acne like me I was beginning to get sick of it. Let’s face it, it puts a huge damper on your self esteem when you have a noticable pimple on your cheek or forehead. Not wanting to go to a dermatolagist at this point in my life i decided to try out this 3 pack and so far its been working pretty well. I still got the occasional zit, but I don’t think there is a abosolute cure for acne.. everyone will get a outbreak at one point or another. However i have noticed a reduction since starting on this product. My routine is pretty much this:
01. i wake up, shower with normal soap and then use neutragena’s oil free moisture lotion on my face (not included in this set oddly)
02. before i go to bed i rinse my face and then use the acne cleanser and then the spot treatment on any area/s i feel will be a problem (these 2 products will dry your face out pretty fast which is why i bought the oil free lotion to prevent dry, visable skin and so it wouldn’t clog my pores and cancel the treatment out)
i rarely use the sun tan lotion and feel thats it the least desriable in this set. they should have included a moisture lotion instead. oh well…
for someone with adult acne, i recommend using it the way i do and hopefully you’ll see results as i did.

5 Stars Finally cleared adult acne after Rx, Clinique, & Proactiv failed!
I’ve been dealing with constant but moderate adult acne since age 23 (I’m now 28). Proactive did not work, it made my skin worse, and an expensive prescription cream made my skin red and peely, and contributed to visable wrinkles due to the drying. Clinique’s 3-step made my skin not as bad, but I’d still have zits all over. I’ve used this system for 1 month, my skin has NEVER been better (even during ‘that’ time of the month)! This product cleared whiteheads, blackheads, and those awful, deep zits all over my face and neck in 3 days flat without drying my face out. Now, for the first time since I was 19, I’m going without foundation or concealor and spending a lot less time getting ready in the morning. You should shake the face wash every time before using, the beads of exfoliant float to the top of the tube if you store it upright. I only use the wash at night, so as not to over-exfoliate, and Cetaphil in the mornings. The kit should last me 2 months, and all 3 products look like they’ll run out at the same time. This system is worth more than $10 a month! Wonderful!
